Comprehensive knowledge base for onboarding two new NVRMND partners. JG's Data Dump fully extracted; KB now organized into 8 tabbed sections in Google Docs with enhanced content from deep document review.

## ⚠️ Pending: Doc Flattening (02-02)

**Problem:** The KB doc uses Google Docs "tabs" feature which breaks API tooling. The Google Docs API cannot properly read/write to tabbed documents.

**Solution Prepared:** Flattened content ready at:
`/projects/nvrmnd-knowledge-base/flattened-kb.md`

**Stats:**
- 48,667 characters
- ~7,208 words
- 8 main sections + Documents Index
- All duplicate extraction logs removed
- Investor pipeline data merged into Section 4
- Competitive intel merged into Section 7

**Manual Steps Required:**
1. Open the KB doc in browser
2. Delete all tabs (keep as single document)
3. Select All → Delete existing content
4. Copy/paste from `flattened-kb.md` OR upload to a new doc

**Alternative:** Create a new Google Doc (no tabs), paste flattened content, update references.
